For the group rate, the reservation must be made by calling the hotel at 410-289-6191 by 10/23/2024 and give the group code MOS24. Group discounts are not available online.
We hope you will stay at the Convention Venue. We have negotiated advantageous prices for rooms at the Grand Hotel and staying there will place you as close as possible to the Convention activities. However, there are alternatives in Ocean City.
Do you need a roommate for the MOS convention?
Please fill out this form to enter your name and information so that we can match you up with a compatible roommate. Matching will be based on gender. Once a match has been made, you and your potential roommate will receive an email informing you of the match and provide each of you with the other’s name and email address. You can then reach out to each other to assess whether it is a good match or not. If there is no same gender available for a match, we will notify you at the email address you provide.
If you would like to find a different match or want to withdraw from being matched, email convention@mdbirds.org indicating that you would like a different match or you don’t need a match any more. Include your name and email address. We will confirm we received the change and find you a new match or take you off the list. If there is no match available, you will be notified there is no match.
