To assist with your registration decision-making concerning whether or not to include meals, below is the menu for this convention. Gathering at our meals after birding is a great way to share stories about what you saw with your fellow birders.

When registering for the convention, please indicate any dietary constraints such as Vegan or Gluten-free, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

There are three meal options for the convention: 1) No meals, meaning you are on your own for all meals, 2) Dinners only, meaning you are on your own for breakfast and lunch: $133.00/person, and 3) All six meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch): $268.00/person.  

If you choose all 6 meals and go on an all day trip, a box lunch will be provided to you. It will be turkey and provolone on wheatberry bread, lettuce & tomatoes or vegan wrap of hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, onions, spinach. There will be condiments served on the side, whole fruit, a fresh baked cookie, and a bottle of water.

The Convention Committee is aware food costs have greatly increased since the 2023 convention. MOS took this into consideration during the venue selection process.

Saturday Lunch Buffet
